Camera-Ready Instructions

Camera-ready papers for the IPSN 2022 proceedings are due March 4, 2022. To prepare the camera ready version of your paper, you need to do the following:

  • Work with the shepherd to address all the reviewers' comments. The shepherd will be ultimately responsible for accepting or rejecting your submission.
  • Fill out the copyright form.
  • Upload your paper. To maintain consistency with the paper template being used at the time of initial submission (before review), we have decided to continue using the ACM format for camera ready submission. However, as proceedings of this year will be published by IEEE, some changes will be required. So, authors should follow the guide to the IPSN 2022 submission preparation instructions provided below.

Paper Format Instructions

  • Papers should be no more than 12 single-spaced pages for text and figures, and no more than 4 additional pages for references.
  • Camera-ready papers should adhere to the ACM templates that can be found here. Templates are provided for formatting papers in MS Word and LaTeX. In LaTeX, you should use \documentclass[sigconf]{acmart}. Please note that to ensure consistency, we will use ACM format.
  • Use font size 9pt.
  • The ACM copyright footer, the ACM Reference Format and the CCS concepts stripes must be excluded from the paper. If using LaTeX, the exclusion of ACM copyright footer and ACM reference format stripe can be achieved by using these two commands together: \settopmatter{printacmref=false} \renewcommand\footnotetextcopyrightpermission[1]{}
  • Please do NOT number the pages of your camera-ready paper (by default page numbers are disabled in the ACM template).
  • Avoid using any special characters or non-standard fonts. We must be able to display and print your submission exactly as we receive it using only standard tools and printers, so we strongly suggest that you use only standard fonts embedded in the PDF file.

Submitting the Camera-Ready Version
